I have never used UT before but am thinking on it for Jan trip. I have a couple of questions:
1. Can they be put on your room key when you check in?
2. How long do they take to mail them to you?
3. Are they reliable?
4. Would you use them again?

Thanks for your help

I have used UT before. I can't answer your question about putting them on your room key because we have only stayed offsite so far. We had no problems and got our tickets in 3 days (U.S. first class mail with free shipping). I would definitely use them again!

We purchased our 4 adult 10 day park hopper tickets from UC tourist in May 2008 to save some $$'s for our 2010 Easter week WDW vacation.

They came well packaged to our home.

I called WDW ticket CM's (Monday thru Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, 407-566-4985, option #2) and asked if the tickets were valid.

You need to tell the ticket WDW CM's the letters and numbers on the WDW tickets .... mine begin with J--- Tr## W--### and our date 05/##/08 then the ticket number ####.

The CM said the tickets are 10 day park hopper passes and will expire after the 1st day of use.

So yes, UC tourist sells valid tickets.

Not sure abgout placing the tickets on your room key.
We were always AP holders before and the our beloved Dolphin is not a WDW resort.
I wpuld just ask the front desk of the WDW resort when you arrive - or maybe call the phone # above and ask if the tickets can be attached to your room key. But I would have the WDW tickets in your hands before you call - or they will not be able to verify the WDW ticket.

I have used UT many, many times and have found their service to be excellent!!

Yes, you can place the tickets on your room key. Have done it before!!

I prefer to keep my tickets separate. That way, I can handle getting fastpasses while my better half can go buy something and charge it to the room, etc.

We have used them in the past and will use them again for our trip coming up. Quick delivery, nice company to do business with!

1. We prefer to keep our tix and room key separate. Never inquired.

2. They arrived within a week.

3. Most definately!

4. Absolutely!

Have never used UT but from what I have heard they are completely reliable. Most people staying on property have the tickets transferred to their KTTW(key to the World) which is your room key. The KTTW would also include the dining plan( if you purchased it) as well as your charge card for purchases while at WDW and your card for obtaining fastpasses at the parks.
Remember, that the KTTW is only available when staying at Disney owned and operated resorts which would exclude the Swan/Dolphin.

I used Undercover Tourist for the first time in October. The tickets arrived very quickly. I copied the back for safe keeping, just in case.
I was able to have them coded to my KTTW card. I used On Line Check in and my packet including my keys was made ahead. I actually had to go to the Concierge Desk (not the check in desk) to have the UT tickets added to my KTTW card. So they destroyed the first set and printed me new ones. It was a fairly quick process.
I was pleased and I would use them again in the future.
