Undercover Tourist ticket

How long does it take to get etickets? We're leaving tonight for Orlando around 9pm (central). My brother decided yesterday that he wants to join my dad at I at Universal for a day. My dad got his e-ticket from UT a couple days ago and got the email with the ticket a couple hours later. I ordered one for my brother yesterday evening and still haven't gotten anything. I'd like to get it printed before we leave just to have it all done. Would calling them help?

Called and got it all sorted out! Got the email with the ticket about a minute after getting off the phone. Now we're ready to go!
