Undercover Tourist is having a Black Friday sale!

Before I potentially get excited, I can upgrade tickets bought from UT, right? Like if I buy 4 day tickets and then end up needing a 5th day, I can just add it at the parks, right?

Yes. It's been advised to use the ticket at least once in one of the theme parks before upgrading.

This is from Cheshire Figment's "Everything About WDW Tickets" Sticky. I provided the link, but you can always find the sticky in her signature.

If you purchased your ticket at less than the current gate price, and your ticket has not been used, you will have to pay the difference between what Disney actually sold the ticket for and the current gate price of the ticket you are upgrading to. It is always best to use one day from the old pass prior to taking it for an upgrade; you will then have locked in the current gate price as the value of the old pass.

It's better than nothing. I only have to buy one adult ticket and one child ticket, my total will already be over $500, I have to buy them one way or another and UT is the cheapest route I have found, regardless of any BF offer. If I had to buy for a family of 4, I would chop the order in half, save $10 and be happy to have money for a day of extra Mickey bars.
