Under Cover Tourist - Turnaround time

I ordered WDW tickets yesterday and got them right away. Ordered DL tickets right afterwards and still waiting. Sent email at 5 pm EST today which was about 24 hours and still haven’t heard.
I would call. You’ll get a live person and they will be able to push through whatever the hold up is on the tickets.
 
I specifically asked undercover tourtist customer service this question since we will be going in less than two days - and they told me it has been taking longer than usual, about 24-48 hours.
Here's text from our conversation:
"They could be [instantly delivered], but we are experiencing longer than normal wait times! Tickets can take 24/48 hours to process currently".
 

Because of the rise in ticket prices, I ordered my 3 Day Park Hopper with Maxpass for my trip in July yesterday and got my tickets within 3 minutes.

I'm curious to know how long you'll be able to get tickets from them? I was away from my computer when I had heard about the rise in the Disneyland ticket prices and was worried i'd be stuck with getting the high priced tickets, but was glad to see UT still had tickets with the old prices.

GAT has a countdown on their front page that started at T-minus 10-days (now 7.5 days at this writing). I used to think they just sold until the old stock was out. But this would imply they have 10 days granted by Disney. That would match with previous increases. I have bought from resellers at old prices after the 1+ week mark in past increases.
 
As others have stated, UCT may delay issuing tickets if names don't match you or previous purchases. I purchased a ticket for our son's friend that will be traveling with us tomorrow. We've never used his name on previous purchases so they called to verify that we made the purchase. It's the third different friend hes taken so I was familiar with the process. It's a security feature to prevent scammers from buying up the cheaper tickets under assumed names as Disney doesn't verify the name with the person you gave to UCT when you link on the APP. UCT could have all of it's stock exhausted by another re-seller if they weren't careful. We received his ticket within seconds of the verification. If you are worried try calling them to release the ticket. They have exceptional customer service.

I personally appreciate the safety processes that UCT has in place. After having fraudulent charges through AIRBNB and Ticketmaster posted to my bank account over the last year, (HUGE hassle getting my money back), I like seeing a company that is actively trying to prevent fraud.
 
I’d emailed UT yesterday at the 24-hour mark for our DL tickets (see post above) and tickets showed up this morning. Along with a nice note apologizing for delay. All set!
