So excited! We found and negotiated a 150 point contract at SSR. It has 300 banked points - 150 must be used by 10/1/15. We typically travel in October or January, so we *think* that an October use year will work for us.

SSR has been hit by the ROFR bug lately, especially on the loaded contracts.

Congratulations, SSR is a beautiful resort and IMO will become really popular when Disney Springs is completed.

However, are you sure you have 300 banked points? Perhaps 150 points banked from your 2013 UY and then the new 2014 points that just came out October 2014? October UY years sometimes are hard to get your head wrapped around since the UY begins so late in the year.

Congrats! Point packages at SSR with banked points seem to be fleeting on the resale market, you're lucky to have grabbed it up while it was available. I hope you didn't get too good of a deal on it or ROFR might have you back in hunt shortly. Fingers crossed that you get to use those points soon though!
