Under 3 - Chef Mickey Pricing

Just a quick question, last time we went to Chef Mickey my DD was over 3 so I didn't even think about this...now we will be taking our DD2 with us. The pricing for kids is 3-9, how do they handle the under 3's? If she eats, which I am sure she will find something, do I need to pay? Do I just pay for her drink? Sorry for all the questions. We are just here on a quick trip and were trying to decide between here at Rainforest...I know, totally different experiences but I think DD2 would like Chef Mickeys best.

No pay. Enjoy the free 2 year old!
kids under 3 eat whatever they want at buffets w/ no cost.

Children under 3 eat free off a parents plate at all Disney restaurants. That obviously works much better at a buffet than at a sit down TS where you want something that the child doesn't
