I am finally a week away from making my PS's for our Jan trip. I cant beleive it because my trip counter started at 197 days!!!
Even though I have been to WDW 3 times in the past 6 years, I learned so much from these boards and was surprised at how much I was missing!!! Thank you all!!!

These are our dining plans...... any comments are welcome....

01/02/05 arrive at ASMo in the morning. Early dinner at Chef
Mickeys

01/03/05 Ak - Tusker House for lunch
Epcot- no dinner PS, will play it by ear

01/04/05 CRT breakfast (hopefully) then right to MGM
MGM - no lunch PS, counter service
Epcot- no dinner PS, again will wing it

01/05/05 Waffle House breakfast/lunch
DTD
BOMA early dinner
Ft Wliderness campfire program after

01/06/05 MK Day
Crystal Palace -early lunch
Ohana- late dinner

01/07/05 Ft Wilderness lunch buffet before we hit the road for home.

We love buffets, as you can tell. We have dined at Japan, China, Germany, Canada and at the Coral Reef at Epcot already, so I am not sure were we want to eat on our 2 Epcot nights.

Your PS's sound good.

At EPCOT- Italy is fun, if you haven't tried it. Also we ate at China's Nine Dragons it was very good. Mexico (inside) is also good for appetizers.

At Epcot we ate in Norway
$13 dollars a head, but eat as much as you want, they like to encourage you to try everything on the menu!! but even my DH couldn't manage it.
Everything was delicious, especially the sweets.
The children had the equivelant of a large Gingerbread man that was on a plate that looked like an artists palate, with food colorings and a paint brush. They really enjoyed painting theirs and then eating them.

Also dont forget to take photocopies of your WDW tickets, if you lose them, as my eldest son did, they were replaced immediatly with no fuss, but I was told that without the copies they would not have been able to do anything.

Have a great time, and don't forget to just stand and stare every so often. It's just Magic
