Uncrowded Spot to Watch MVMCP Parade

I'm doing the MVMCP with my teenage daughter who has Aspergers so we try to avoid tight crowds as much as possible. We don't need the best view of the parade only a view. Is the area close to the entrance o MK a decent spot? We might be leaving after the parade because she can't deal with the loud boom of fireworks either.

My son has ASD so I understand how complicated planning gets! We watched the parade from Frontierland during the MVMCP and didn't even try to brave the crowds on Main Street. I think it's usually less crowded in Frontierland, but even there we did have to stake out a spot a little over an hour early (and we weren't even at a very crowded MVMCP). I've heard that the second parade is much less crowded than the first so that might be an option too.

If you decide to do the second parade, maybe you could do some rides during the fireworks. Little Mermaid might be a good choice since the queue is completely indoors. I also have friends that have found noise canceling headphones helpful for their kiddos.

I don't know if the train station viewing area is open during the MVMCP but it's definitely less crowded than the street-level would be, and you can be assured of nobody in front of you. It's not the best view but it's a good one.

Did the train station viewing once (not during a party but for the Christmas parade after the parties ended). While I waited with friends for about an hour and a half prior to the parade to have the front row and a chair, I can't call it uncrowded. A line of persons stood directly behind us and there was a woman right behind my friend who leaned in and constantly stuck her camera in my friend's face to take photgraphs and video.
