If anyone has made this, I have a question for you. We had this when we were in Savannah last month, and we have been craving it ever since! I have the recipe for Uncle Bubba's Shrimp and Grits that I found online, and I want to make it Christmas Eve. I'd like to make it ahead of time and have it for dinner when we return from Christmas Eve services. My question...is this something that can be made a few hours ahead and eaten later and have the same yummy results?
