Unaccompanied Minor Service on Air Canada

Has anyone used the Unaccompanied Minor (UM) service on Air Canada? For his 11th birthday, I'm flying my nephew from T.O. to L.A. during his March Break. Naturally, we plan to spend a few days at the Happiest Place on Earth. What will you celebrate? Why birthdays, of course!

The Air Canada website was actually very detailed about their UM service so we have a good idea of how to prepare and what to expect for the drop-off and pickup procedures. But I thought I'd post here as well to see if anyone has first-hand experience with this Air Canada service. I always seem to learn something new on the DIS.

Not Air Canada but Luftansa....they are very careful with there UM. They are assigned there own flight attendant who does the pick up and drop off. Great service with no issues. I would imagine that AC would be no different.
