Unable to retrieve ADRs made online

Hi. I went to the WDW web site to try and change some ADR's. I can retrieve the ones I made by phone but none of the ones I made online. I keep getting "unable to retrieve this reservation" error message. Anyone else have this problem?? I guess I will have to call because now I am wondering if any of those ADRs are still in the system. I was trying to avoid another long distance call and waiting on hold....

If you have your confirmation number you should be able to retrive them. If not, you will have to call.

We had a bizarre but apparently not overly uncommon issue w/ ours. It turned out that the system saves some of our ADRs under our current home phone number, some under my cell phone number and even some under an old phone number from over 3 years ago. Once we figured that out (with the help of the CM on the phone, she said she's seen it frequently), I found them all. It was a system glitch because I put in the same # each time. Why it pulled a number from the last time we stayed at WDW is beyond me.
Just a tip for something to try.

Thanks! They had them listed with my cell phone. I was able to pull all of them up except for one. Of course that is the one I need to cancel!

This is driving me nuts. where are you going to find your reservations on the Disney site. I have scanned the dining page all over and am not seeing an option to access my ADRs at all.

Make sure you are logged in. If you go to the "my vacation" header you will get a drop down where dining reservations are an option

That did it. thank you. My mistake was that I was just clicking on My Vacation and never saw the drop down list at all.

You have to be logged in to retrieve ADR's. If you cannot log in then it would probably be best to call 407-WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463.
