Unable to reach member services

I've been trying to call member services off and on over the last week and every time I do, I get a busy signal when I call the 800-number. I can't access their website from work, or I would just email them.

Is anyone else having trouble or is it just me? :confused3

I had a problem on Saturday getting a busy on the 407 number, the 800 number went right through with no wait time. There have been lots of reports of people getting a constant busy signal.
 
It's a tough time to call MS. Lots of folks are booking holiday stays right now.
 

It's just very weird ... in all the years that we've been DVC memebers I've never had a busy signal when I call Member Services. And if my computer at work would let me into the DVC site I could do what I need to do without calling... :rolleyes:

I know, I never had that kind of problem, either. I still think there must be something wrong with either the phone lines or DVC phone queue system. I hope they replace/repair it before Kidani, Hawaii & GCV members start using the system. It has never been this bad, except for when the entire system was down.
 
Very frustrating. I haven't been able to get anything but a busy signal today, either!
 
I tried repeatedly yesterday AM and got a busy signal each time. Then about 11:30 or so, it rang through and the wait time was only three minutes!

I put my office phone on redial and it took about 80 retries before either the 800 number or the 407 number rang through. Then it was a 15 minute wait time.

It will be interesting to see if it is this bad after the 1/15 dues payment deadline is past.

I just bought in and I am beginning to feel like DVC has oversold their ability to support (just a little bit). Hopefully I can actually use my points this year as my first pass says that AKV and BCV are sold out the weeks I could use them. Would hate to have to use my 160 developer points my first year for a non-WDW vacation.
 
It's been busy for me quite a bit lately as well. I'm glad to hear it's not just me!
