When we purchased an add on contract a few months ago, we went through hoops getting the final notary page done because they wanted us to use the virtual one they provided (only available between 9-5 weekdays) and we both work. the first copy we sent in they said wasn't accepted but the accepted it the second time. they took the down payment no problem. they never set the account up for automatic payments for member dues or the remaining balance. I have been trying to pay since the due date (July 1) and every time i hit submit i get an error webpage saying "were working in it, This page is temporarily unavailable." On Friday July, 2nd I tried calling but was disconnected after around 45minutes. I am getting an after hours message when calling today. Has anyone else had this issue? any advice on resolving it?
