Unable to get DING to install

Anyone else have problems or know how to fix this? I download it ok but when I try to intall it I get an error message that says it is not a "valid win32 application"??? I have Winxp that came with my new dell last month--any ideas??

Delete what you have and try again, sometimes downloads get corrupted.

It means you are missing a file. It is an application installer.

If you are not computer savy, I would suggest you contact a professional (not trying to sound flippant here, honest , but, if you don't know what you are doing you can cause some really big problems ).
You could also try going on line to Microsoft's online help if you are confident in your skills . Do a search for the error message and see if there is a solution to the problem. The MS site is great and very helpful with step by step instructions.

Try deleting the first DING and download DING again. If you still have the problem, you are most likely infected with a virus or spyware (or both).

If thats the case, you need to clean your PC first and then retry to install DING.

Spybot Search and Destroy and Adaware are good spyware cleaners but be careful with them. If you are not comfortable using them please call someone to do it for you.
