Unable to book Fastpasses past January 28th

Hi, I need some advice!
I was able to book three days worth of fastpasses for my January trip (we'll be there 1/24-1/31 and we have 5 day tickets with park hopper), but I am unable to book the other two days because the calendar only shows through January 28th. It doesn't show the whole month. Is this a glitch anyone else is encountering? Also, what is the best way to go about contacting them to get help in getting the rest of my fastpasses? Should I call or email and what department should I contact?

I booked those dates on my phone using the app. Have you tried doing it that way?
 
I had this problem too this morning when my booking window opened up. The calendar on my laptop would not go down to the next line so some of the January dates were inaccessible. I went right to the app and was able to book them that way.
 
I had the same problem this morning with the same solution - couldn't see past January 28 on my laptop but booking January 29-31 on my phone worked great.
 

I had the same problem...but I can't get into the app! It crashes every time I try to open it. I was able to book FP for Feb 1st online and that was it. So bummed because the ones I really needed were for Jan 30 and 31.
 
When calling there was at least a 15 minute wait just to talk to a representative. I finally deleted the app and redownloaded it and was able to book. But I feel like I missed out on some good times because of the nearly 2 hour delay!
 
The good news is that you should still be fine to get the rides you want - I just went in to modify what I booked (since I did it with only 1 cup of coffee in me) and there were plenty of options to move my Frozen FP around for January 30.

Also? Shout out to everyone who made FPs this morning...guess we'll see you there? :)
 
Thanks for all the replies, everyone! Unfortunately, google play says my phone isn't compatible with the current version of the app so that is a no go for me (I can use app for wait times and stuff but I can't sign in-- says my email and password don't match which isn't true and to call to have the issue resolved). Good to know they are working on the situation (but considering it has been like this for days I hope they can speed the fix up), and I am glad you all have a solution to it!! I guess I will try giving them a call tonight after work and see if I can get the rest of my fastpasses.

the desktop version has been fixed for a few days now -- so you don't need to use the app anymore to access those dates.
 
Thanks! I was able to access it a few days ago and was able to get what I needed. I hope everyone else was able to as well :)
