Unable to book excursions - site not working?

I have been waiting all year for today - the day we are able to book our excursions and make reservations for our March cruise. Of course I totally failed to stay awake at midnight so I had to settle for checking first thing this morning.

So far all morning I haven't been able to access anything. I can log into the DCL website without issue yet when I go to retrieve my reservation...nothing. No error message. Nothing. The page doesn't do anything actually. The pop up where I put in my reservation number never shows up. Nothing.

It worked fine all last week but of course today as I go to make reservations, nothing. We are fully paid. This is very frustrating. Has anyone else had similar issues?

I've been trying for a few hours and have tried on different browsers as well. Nothing. Attached is a screen shot of all I see. Clicking on any of these just reloads this page.

Cleared cache, cookies, and history?

If so, just assume the site is wonky and do something else. Or call.

I think the site was messed up this morning. I couldnt retrieve my ressie either for a while. I was also surprise that i couldnt even View the activities before my booking date. Is that right?

I've been trying all day. I called and they said they were having issues on the "retrieve your reservation" and are working on it. They could not tell me when it would be fixed. They said "keep trying"...been trying all day. Ridiculous!

I was having trouble all night trying to pull up reservation to make final payment. I finally went to the email that has the reservation on it and hit the link there, got in!

I dont know if this will help you reserve excursions, but i was able to finally retrieve my ressie after i 'cleared the cookies' from the last few days of web browser. It finally let me retrieve by confirmation number and showed my cruise. Before that, even the link in my email would just open a page which never worked. Might give that a try.
