Unable to book …and my window just opened

I feel stupid, but I’m having problems booking. I’m on the website, and I just can’t figure out how to book. I clicked on Start Planning and it takes me to my Reservation. Then I clicked Book Now and it takes me to a page that only allows me to choose from Character encounter, Onboard Gifts and Vacation photos. I’m not allowed to book restaurants or activities - apparently, since it’s not offering me the chance.

Also, should my Navigator be so empty? It just says my name and reservation - I expected it to have cruise info, ability to book, etc…

I go to Already Booked in the menu and there I choose My Reservation. This should pull up your reservation. That page has a picture and under the picture it reads my reservation and my plans. I think you need to click on my plans. Unfortunately I am getting the circle there and nothing happens, but I think usually that’s where you can book things.

I did that - my only hope is that there’s something wrong with the site. I clicked on the link for dining, chose Palo and Remy - but when I clicked the link that says “sign in to reserve this activity”, it brings me back to my reservation page. I was already signed in, so I don’t know why it was asking me that…

When I clicked on the link for Port Activities, it just says “click for prices”, not “sign in” as for the restaurants, but when I click that, it says the page is temporarily unavailable.

I’ve waited so long…I’m so upset…☹️

Did you try a different device or web browser?

I tried on my phone and IPad….but, now I wonder : when I checked the notes about how to reserve dining, etc….this is what it says:

Online Reservations

  • Sign in to My Reservations.
  • Go to the “My Plans” tab.
  • Select the day you’d like to reserve an activity on your day-by-day itinerary.
  • Select "Add Activities" and choose from the options provided.
Etc….

But I tried my IPad again, and went to My Plans at the very bottom of the page instead of the link on the side, and when I click that, it says under Ports of Call that “itinerary details for this cruise are temporarily unavailable”

and I don’t see a calendar. So I wonder if 1) I can’t use my phone or 2) until the itinerary is set, I won’t be able to do anything
 
It's not you, it's Disney IT.

I logged into my reservation and my itinerary details were also unavailable and I was unable to view plans I already had booked.

Whew, at least. at least one else can book, but this is so inconvenient - I hope it’s up and running by the time either I have my work break or lunch.

I was coming to say the same, yesterday nothing was opening for me on our reservation. It was spinning, spinning, just keep spinning...
 
Im in a few groups on facebook and there were a number of complaints regarding this through the night last night...wasn't just you and hopefully you time it right for when it does actually work and can get what you need.
 
Wow, I lucked out! The site is back up and running….and I got Palo dinner/2nd night, Remy dessert/3rd day and the Jost Van Dyke full day on Tortola day. Now, I’ve already booked a private tour for that day, but now I have options.
