I just checked the hours for Blizzard Beach in January and discovered there's an EMH morning every day from now through June!! Typhoon Lagoon as well when it re-opens...

I know they're running a special water parks and more special thru March, but why EMH's all the way to June? Is attendance at the water parks slowing down? Anyone know why?

Maybe someone in marketing thinks they need more EMH perks to get people to stay onsite.

I'd love to see every day EMH's at the theme parks. Then you'd get the benefits of EMH without the added crowds caused by all the resort guests flocking to the same park on the same day.

Or maybe people don't typically do water parks until later in the afternoon, so they are trying to get them their earlier.

I was wondering that same thing. I first thought it might be a computer glitch, but then I thought more about it and came up with this conclusion. This will allow resort guests who pay for packages with water parks a guarantee to get into the water park. During the summer, we were reading that the water parks were not allowing any more people in an hour after opening due to reaching capacity. Well, if you paid all this money up front for the water park and could never get in, that would be a little frustrating to say the least. With an extra hour in the morning, resort guests have the opportunity to use the park they paid for in their package.

I could be wrong about this, but that is how I see it. Others may have additional or correct information. I, for one, will be pleased to have the water park an hour earlier this summer and not have to fight the local crowd to use a park I paid for, before I got there.

But you'd have the same situation with people who bought MYW tickets that included the water park options, even if they were staying off-site.

True, but I don't have to fight the Florida residents who use the parks during the summer who can't get in during the EMH.
