ULTIMATE WDW restaurant experience???

Hi All-
We're at the point in planning where we need to make ADRs for dinner. It's so hard to tell what restaurants are going to be "worth it" and which aren't just based on menus and photos. So far O'Hana, Le Cellier, and Boma look good.

So... HELP! Any recommendations for that ultimate WDW restaurant experience?

WANTS:
table service (or buffet, but not super keen on them)
$15-20 entree for dinner
any type of food
interesting, unique, fun
maybe one from a theme park, hotel, and DTD area
one breakfast place

Maybe for breakfast you can try Kona Cafe. They have this amazing dish called Tonga Toast. I see you live in Ventura. I grew up in Chatsworth but am now an "East Coast" girl. Sigh...It's really different here.

Loved Ohana - a must do for us every trip. Chef Kim and the staff made it wonderful and that was outside of the very good food. We tried Le'celler for the first time and really liked that. They are on our list of places to visit next time. We also went to Bomas which most of us liked but a few didn't like it so much but I would like to visit it again. We used to love the Morrocan restaurant but this time was not good and I am not sure if we will visit again.

We had a great dinner at the Brown Derby; also probably our most expensive dinner. The feel of the room is outstanding and the food was among the best we had.

Le Cellier is great. Not necessarily "unique", but very high quality. (Although my partner felt the service wasn't necessarily up to speed, the food was great.)

The counter service at Morocco (Tangerine?) was excellent. We had some Moroccan wine (yes, there is such a thing) and sat outside and listened to Mo'Rockin. There was a family with a couple of small boys who were really into the music, and it was fun to watch people enjoy the music and atmosphere.

My problem is with your price range. You are actually looking at restaurants with higher prices for dinner such as Le Cellier and Boma. My Ultimate meal has been at California Grill in the Contemporary. I have read where others haven't experienced this though at the same locale. I can only use one adjective. Perfection! The perfect seat at the perfect time with the perfect apppetizers, entree, desert and wine! Someday when I have enough posts, I'll describe it in pictures.

When it comes to dinner, though, you probably need to add $5 to $10 on your entree to make it truly an Ultimate type experience.

I was going to suggest Cali Grill also. It doesn't fit in the budget but it is the most stunning location. You can check the park schedules and make your ADRs for maybe an hour before the fireworks that night...then you will be able to see them from possibly the best view in WDW. I thought the food was quite good, service excellent, nice wine...but the view alone would make me go back.

Your user name says it all! Yes, you're right, my budget is a little low, but I'll add that $5 more for a great experience. I just wanted to sift through all the Victoria and Albert posts I knew were coming.

Our favourites are Boma and Ohana . We go to both every trip. They are unique.The castle view from Ohana is lovely.Taking a walk around AKL to see the animals is also great.The food is very good at both places and a bit more interesting than at most WDW restaurants.
