I like the DCL tab idea.

For budget I would just add it under that misc tab or non package tab.

I've been doing our trip planning in excel for years (copy and paste every year) and I wanted to change it up a little this year, but when I opened excel to start a new one, I realized that I have absolutely no idea how to use the latest version! But now, thanks to you, I have something to play with and fritter away the hours until we leave in 14 days...

I absolutely love this planning spreadsheet. Just have a question about the Park Hour tab. Not sure how it works .... Is it supposed to figure out which parks to avoid after the park hour and EMH data is entered. That last column has me confused. Maybe you could send me a screen shot of yours completed.

Wow!! Excited to find this. I just got my husband an Ipad for his birthday. I haven't downloaded yet, doing the numbers app right now. I'm especially excited about the pins list. We collect the HMs and have a hard time remembering what we need or want!!

Yep, double click the box to bring up the contents menu. Then click the box again to add the check.

What about a "to do" list for the weeks and days before your trip?
2 weeks - fill Rx
1 week - change oil

Great tip

You can kinda do this now on the overview page. There is a table there you can edit to add whatever todos you like
