Ultimate Disney World Planning guide?

Has anyone heard of it? I found this video on YouTube where they tell you about the planning guide with tons of secrets on how to save money at Disney. It is an e-book that you purchase for 29.95 plus tax.

Just wondering if anyone has purchased and if it was worth it?

I think I bought that a long time ago when it was cheaper. Mostly, it suggested buying DVC - I did and that turned out great. But the rest of the advice was all info that you can get here for free.
