ulta or sephora beauty box??????

I remember seeing posts here about a box of beauty products for a good price offered once a year. People on this board go nuts for it. I have been searching and cant find the info. Anyone know what I am talking about and where and when I can get this?

I think its the allure box that they offer. I have never bought one, but they do seem interesting.
