Ulead Photo impact or Nova Photo impact?

I am thinking of making my own designs so I did a quick search and found 2 different Photo impact software titles, ulead and Nova, which one does everyone use?

Right now I use Photoshop, but in the beginning, I used Ulead PhotoImpact(trial versions). I would have bought it, but I couldn't find it in Canada, so I got Photoshop. Good Luck!
