Uh oh......Our pin code expired

Help!

My wife and I have been debating for months whether to go in May for Star Wars weekend or go in Sept for small crowds and MNSSHP. September won out due to schedule and work conflicts and now we are ready to book!

We even have a free dining PIN email for September. However when I pulled it up to call and book I see that it said call by xx date and we are way past that.

Has anyone had any experince trying to book a PIN code offer after the call by date? Did you get anywhere with it?

Its going to mean a difference of staying on site with a dining plan or having to stay offsite and only having 1-2 table service type meals.

Call and ASK if there is a pin associated with you.. they will let you know...

One time I called and was told I had no pin. I called again a week and a half later and was told I did have one. So, I went to book it. When the CM put it in, she said "Oh, this pin expired yesterday". I asked how could it expire so soon when the week prior I didn't even have a pin. She said she didn't know. I called back (thanks to the advice of disers) and asked to speak to a supervisor. I explained the situation and told him I was upset that I was told I didn't have a pin one week, and by the next week was told I did have one but it expired already. The supervisor allowed me to get 40% off my room rate at the Poly. Needless to say I booked immediately! Good luck!
