Ughhh! SW Ding won't work...

I've got it installed, it "dings" and the window opens when I click on the icon but then nothing...when I click on any of the stuff within the window it will not bring mw to any parts of the SW site. I've checked my firewall and that does not seem to be the problem. Anyone know what could be wrong?

Pop up blocker perhaps?

I can't answer your question but there is a FAQ/Troubleshooting section of the Ding website. Perhaps there's a ph # to call for help?

Do you have anti-virus software such as Norton or McAfee? If so, you may need to go in and allow the program.

Pop-up is okay and checked McAfee. It says it's allowing full access. I am totally stumped.

I had this problem and finally figured out that I could only use Internet Explorer and IE had to be my default. I had been trying to use MSN and it would do the exact same thing it's doing for you. I have not had any problems since.

Yup. That was the problem. Didn't have IE checked for default. Sheesh!
