I have been horrible these past few days. I have eaten anything I wanted... It is TOM, but I am never this bad. I will do better tomorrow, I know it is over and done with now, but I am a bit unhappy with myself. On the upside, I did drink all my water the last two days.... I guess that is something.
Sorry to vent, just needed to confess.

Thanks for the thoughts! I haven't been feeling great, have a UTI I am fighting, but I will be back on plan 100% as soon as I am feeling better. I appreciate you all!

Oh, I hate to get a UTI, they can be just awful! And a UTI/TOM combination doesn't sound fun at all. Hope you are feeling better soon, Jeanne.

I am sure you understand exactly how I feel then. Eating right is not top on my list. I know it is no excuse, but oh well... I will get right back on plan, but right now my motivation is nil. With all your encouragement, though, I know I will be back to 100% soon.
