Just wanted to vent. I waited until today to book flights to Charlotte to see friends and they went up byt $25 each! I ahd been tracking them on yapta and they had been steady at about $178 and i was going to book this week but now they are up.

I jsut hate that i waited. Will wait one more day in case they are cheaper tomrrow but am so mad at myself for not doing it earlier!

Try clearing your cookies/cache or booking from another computer.

I'd also suggest waiting until Wednesday if you can and checking again. Sometimes you see lower fares, although I'm not sure why...I try to check really early on a Wednesday when I'm hunting (okay, stalking might be more accurate) tix.

I feel your pain. I waited to book our flights for Disney and when I went to book them on Friday the price had increased over 250 dollars from the day before (for the four of us).

I also read to clear your cookies/cache. Often a third party site will adjust the price based on how often you have been checking their site. I think if you go to the airlines website directly that doesn't happen.

Sunday/Monday are notoriously high price days with the airlines. Wait a day or two.

Wait until Wednesday or go to Travelocity and do the flexible date option to see what days have deals. This may entail having a layover or traveling on an airline that charges for checked bags or carryons. But, you never know until you try. Good Luck!!

I am too watching flights (CLT to MCO) and mine went up by $50 today - I hope they drop it back down.

I am going to try clearing my cookies out and seeing what happens.
