You know my story... Dec 9-16 (Sat-Sat) out of MSP.
So Airtran came available a week or two ago at around $260-ish for the times I liked. Still wanted to wait for a bit, it's only June, see if things went down a bit.
Those of us who are anal like me check the darn airfare at least twice, if not more, per day. Well, today, the lowest fare was $243 on Airtran ( not my times, just the best fare), then it was $279 and I just now checked again and it's $304. WTH?!?!?!
Yeah, I'm going to spend $304 on a flight with a stop when I can spend $20 more and fly SC non-stop.
Like I'm pleased to spend over $300pp period.
The sucky part is, is that there are flights in July going for $217 according to kayak.com. Now I haven't checked those flight times, because I am sure they suck, but I'm still peeved about it.
And no, I didn't buy airfare yet. But I'm beginning to think I better think about it before SC and NWA decide to freak and go higher, too.

When my mom is planning a trip, even the driving ones she and my dad take, she'll call and say, "Is the travel queen available today?"
One of my best friends, we are both with The Pampered Chef...each year our director features the top 10 people in her group and we have to give her little blurbs about ourselves. Last year my blurb included among other things, "Sandy Campbell's Personal
