ugh.. can't check in online

Anyone else having this issue? It says I need to add a credit card, which I do, but it doesn't acknowledge the card (a Disney credit card, no less). So I tried a second card, same issue. I have typed each card in multiple times.

Any ideas here?

Use the app on your phone if you have not tried that. For me the website will not take my saved credit card but the app sees it and has no issue with it.

Same issue with me last week. Website - credit card error. App - no error.

I've had that before, but haven't been to WDW since December 2019. I had to call, and they needed to clear something in the field, maybe an old card number or something.

I'm having a version of this issue trying to check-in for Aulani. It won't let me finish unless I setup a charging pin for everyone in the party including minors.

Website keeps telling me I need to add a cc, which I have. Tried the app and when I click Save on the credit card page it just keeps taking me back to the cc page. Clicked Save several times, when I leave the page it doesn't save it.

ETA I closed the App and reopened and the cc was there. Got check-in completed finally.

Thank you to all who replied - I also couldn't "check in" online. You'd thiink folks would trouble shoot their own websites...
