Uggcentre??

Anyone have experience with ugg centre? I ordered Uggs online. Made certain to go through an authorized ugg online retailer (at least I checked the company name on the ugg website prior to ordering). When I made the order it then switched from that company to ugg centre for the final billing etc. I have now received an order number and info on where to track but NONE of the numbers seem to work!!! searching online, recently, I have found a number of posts (just from this month) of people who ordered through an online authorized retailer that then were rerouted to ugg centre and are now without any information. The company appears to be in China (which would make some sense since they are made in China) but there seems to be no way to track the boots!!! Would love to find out if anyone here has had luck with this company! Doing my search there were people rerouted having used both UK and US authorized retailers including Journey (a company I see listed a lot as being a reliable and authorized seller).
