Short version of the story... Called immediately when I realized I was being charged full price (before item was shipped due to backorder, they charged my credit card before item was even in stock) and told them I wanted to cancel. They promised to honor coupon and told me not to cancel. Called after receiving boots and rep had no record of my first call and needed manager to approve my credit. Promised it would be done. Called again today because my credit hit as $15 instead of the amount promised. Office closed due to weather so I need to call again tomorrow. This has been a major headache and I will never deal with this company again. The rep was rude and told me that I should have known they never offer coupons giving a discount and free shipping. This is my fault now?
