UGG boot sizing

Strangely enough, I wear a 7 1/2 and take a 6 in UGGS because they run that big

Uggs run big (especially the classic style) I would order a 7, will probably be fine. Which ones are you ordering?

I normally wear a 9 but my UGGS are size 8.

Ugg has a sizing guide that might help:

Here is the one for kids:

You may be able to fit in a kid's 5 or 6. The kids boots are cheaper than the women's boots. For instance, I bought my DD a pair of Classic Short boots in chocolate for $95 at a local store. I could have gotten them a bit cheaper online ... maybe $79 with free shipping and no tax but there was something to be said for instant gratification :).

Here is the sizing for women:

One more thing ... make sure that the place you are buying from is an authorized dealer. There are a lot of counterfeit FUGGs out there with the UGG name on the back. Here's a list: http://www.uggaustralia.com/customerService/dealerLocator.aspx

I wear a 7 1/2 normally, and my Uggs are 7's. They are so comfy and warm!

I just tried on the size 8 and they fit great but when I walk they slide in heel ~ what are your thoughts?

I wear 7 1/2 and bought 7. They fit great but I also need a shoe I can wear thick wool socks with because I love those things, even with Uggs.

But, this works with regular Uggs... I have another pair that are more one of their other styles that I also got in a 7 (bought online through Nordstrom) but I had to take it back to the store and exchange for an 8.

If your heel lifts up, they're too big. Try on a size 7 - they'll probably feel pretty snug around your foot at first, but the skeepskin inside will eventually mold to the shape of your foot and won't be so tight.

I wear a size 9 shoe normally and had to get a size 8 in Uggs.

keep in mind that uggs stretch. alot. my regular shoe size is 6 and i bought size 6 uggs. they fit perfectly at first, but now they are 2 or 3 sizes too big.
on the plus side, they have lasted 2 years :)

I want to say it again ... people who have smaller feet may fit into child's sizing. A W6 = C4 and a W7 = C5. THe sizing charts I included in my previous post will help. You can measure your foot and actually see if you will fit into a less expensive boot. You could save a lot of money!

It won't help the OP since her style does not come in a kid's size.
