Uberring to park....how does it work?

we are going to the world at the end of January, staying offsite at a vacation home. I am in need of any advice concerning taking an Uber to the parks. does the driver go thru the entrance without having to pay parking? Where does the drop off happen at each of the 4 parks?

1. Yes.

2. At Epcot, DHS and DAK, the drop-off/pick-up area
is not far from the entrance gates.

At MK the "designated drop-off" is at TTC (MK parking lot area)
so THAT drop-off also requires another step of riding the monorail or ferry boat
to the MK gates.

In the case of a hired car at MK: Ask the driver to drop you off at the Contemporary Resort,
then you can make the 7-10 min. walk to MK.
