Uber with a Stroller?

Hi! We leave next week for our first family trip. We're staying at the Poly and would like to take Uber or a taxi to HS and AK on our days at each. It's a short trip and we don't want to waste time on buses. Our kids are 6 and 7 but we rented a double stroller. Will an Uber driver let us put a stroller in the back? We haven't ever done that here at home! Thanks for all your help! Y'all have really helped with our trip planning!

I'm sure they're very used to it and (provided the trunk is big enough and the stroller folds down) will allow you to stow the stroller in the trunk. You won't be able to use UberX - just know that. It won't fit four people.

I put groceries in the trunk of the uber all the time (and they just open it without asking). I dont' see how a stroller would be a problem.

Now, do you need a car seat? don't forget to request a car seat car and they don't offer 2 car seat cars.

We don't have to have car seats but my younger one could stand to be in a booster. If they'll provide one that's awesome! Thanks!

UberX does take 4 riders, although some can be tight for 3 adults in the back seat. With 2 kids, it should be OK.

But I'm concerned that a large stroller, even folded, may not fit in the cargo area of some UberX's, especially if the driver happens to have a car seat stored there.

Sorry, no boosters. Car seats have to be requested for an extra fee. And if yo do request a car seat in an UberX, it does make space in the back seat even tighter.

We managed to Uber all over WDW with 3 large adults, a GT Mini stroller and a 5 year old with a Bubble Bum booster.
