Uber, Lyft ??

Has anyone used either of these ??. I tried finding out the rates on Uber for WDW to US / IOA but I could not bring up rates unless I registered with website. What do you think about Lyft??
Do I need to tip in cash or is it all on my cc??
I looked on the boards and could not find these answers. TIA

Uber is my preferred bc they have Uber Family now in FL (which they've had in other markets last year). But with Uber all fees are included. With Lyft, you have to add in tip.
