Uber, log in issues

We rarely use Uber, except when we go to Disney.
My husband is having issues with logging in and it wont accept his password. They send a code and he enters and app states it invalid.
So does anyone have a customer service number he can call.

Unfortunately, Uber doesn't have a customer service phone number for riders.

Put Lyft on his phone and have Uber on mine.

Have your husband uninstall the Uber rider app. Then download and install it again, and try to sign in. That works 99% of the time.

Sometimes both the Uber and Lyft apps do weird stuff and the only way to fix them is to uninstall/reinstall. You won't lose any data, promotions, etc due to the reinstall.

Probably not helpful, but how up to date is the phone’s operating system? Sometimes if it’s reasly old it doesn’t play well with apps. The other obvious thing is turning the phone off then back on. Sometimes people go a really long time without doing that.
