U.S. Monkeypox Cases Rise to 48

Just when I thought I knew it all along comes MonkeyPox. There are 20 confirmed or suspected cases of monkeypox in Wisconsin, 23 in Indiana and five in Illinois.

I am here in MO. I do not think this is a big deal, is it? Does anyone here know anyone who has seen this or had it?

It seems we have more and more health news lately! Kind of scary.

It's very scary. They just got a confirmed case today here in New Jersey and health officials refuse to give out the town or even the county the 11 year old boy lives in. They don't want to start a panic. I'm sorry, but how are people suppose to know if they could have been possibly exposed or not. Hopefully they can put an end to it soon.

I never heard of Monkeypox until today!

Prarie dogs and giant rats! These animals are not domesticated and were never intended as pets... before some pet store decided it could make a bunch of money with exotics. That's why we never had a case of monkeypox until now.
