U.S.A. Bank holiday dates

Can anyone tell me when the U.S. bank holidays are?
I am particularly interested in any around the end of August/early September. Is "Labour Day" one of these?

Labor Day - the first Monday in September - this year falls 6th September and in 2005 the 5th September
