Yes it is true. U have to win Host_Hula's game and u win a pair of pink teleporters. I played but lost but it is a good game

Don't worry they'll be doing games for teleporters all month and maybe longer. Pink teleporters are won in host games, purple teleporters are won by memory game, and gold are at DCA!
