Typically when are December AP rates released??

When should I start my vigilant watch of the boards for the Dec. AP rates? I know that they are typically released some time in the summer. Thanks for the help!!!

Last year they were released in August. I would start checking about that time this year but there's no guarantee they'll be released at the same time or if they'll even have them if bookings are up.
