"owns" is the same as "rules" (ie "I own you"). It's and online gaming term that's been around for a while. Usually though ppl spell it "pwns". But not in VMK. "safety rocks my world" cracks me up.

I think the delay is people standing on the quest items, so it takes longer for each of us to get through it and complete the quest.

Well, in the Gallery, they're probably just standing around after finishing the quest.

It's taking too long to get into these rooms.
