Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, or Volcano Bay?

Hello-

I will be visiting both Disney (CBR for 5 nights) and Universal (most likely Cabana Bay for 2 nights) from 12/15 - 12/22 with my 2 adult sons, 1 who will be on leave from the military so I want him to have a nice relaxing trip. We are trying to decide on a water park assuming that we have decent weather. We've done both of the Disney water parks before but it's been a few years and haven't done Volcano Bay before but are Universal regulars. Of the Disney parks, I prefer the theming of Typhoon Lagoon, maybe because we see enough snow at home in Minnesota. Volcano Bay also looks pretty tropical to me and would be close to Cabana Bay. My older son really likes the big slides, the younger one and I like the tube slides and lazy rivers. Any recommendations?

personally never been to volcano bay, but would like to try it at least once. With that being said, i will always pick TL over BB, it is my fav water park. So much so that i have flown down to just go to TL and go home a day or two later without visiting one of the 4 main parks.

Volcano Bay. But TL is great, especially the wave pool
