Typhoon L/Cirque in 1 day

We are planning on Typhoon Lagoon (our first Dwaterpark ever) for June 29th, getting in early on the extra hour. We have tickets for Cirque later that evening (pick up tickets by 7, be there at 8). Has anyone done this or can you comment on timing? Want to go back to our rooms AS Movies to clean up, rest, etc. Just myself and DD (9) doing this. If we leave the waterpark by 2, and then the hotel at 6 are we okay? Is this too rushed? Help!

We are doing the same thing on May 9th. We have breakfast reservations at Chef Mickey's at 10:20. From there we are going to Typhoon Lagoon for a few hours. We will then hike it back to POFQ to clean up and then hop the ferry to Down Town Disney for dinner at Wolfgang Puck's for dinner at 7 and La Nouba at 9.

We did this at the beginning of March. We were staying at POR. We went to the water park and was there for opening. We stayed until about 2 or 3, went back to POR to relax for a couple of hours, and then headed to Downtown Disney for Cirque. It was no problem for us. I had myself, DH, DD20 & DD17.
