Type of tickets printed at Will Call Kiosks

Are the tickets printed at the Will Call Kiosks real tickets or paper print offs like you get at home?

Also, how early does the Ticket Window open? Before park?

I am trying to decide about waiting and getting my AP when I get there or buying it online and sending it to the Will Call Kiosk. I don't like the idea of waiting in line to buy it. However, since the ticket will be an AP and not a one time deal, I really don't want a piece of paper that may get wet or torn up either.

They are real tickets. Kiosks open about half an hour before the park.
