Tye-Dye T-shirt w/Mickey Head?

Does anyone have the instructions for making the tye-dye t-shirt with the Mickey Head in the middle? Someone had posted them before and I thought I had saved them, now I can not find the instructions.

Tomorrow is tye-dye day at my DS's camp but it is suppose to over 100 degrees, I may keep him home in the AC for the day. I was thinking we could make a Mickey Tye Dye shirt to make up for the one he will be missing at camp.

To get the Mickey Head just trace one onto the shirt and then with a running stitch stitch around it and gather the material up and tie it off. The tighter you are able to get the material the more defined the mickey head will be. Put a rubber band around the stitched line and then continue with the remainder of our rubber bands.
