Tye-Dye Bleach Pen Help, PLEASE?

Okay, I made tye dye shirts with the Mickey head but my heads were ummmm not right, lol. So I used the bleach pen to go around them. Do I was them again? Do we just wear them with the bleach? What do I do next?

Thanks so much in advance! This is soo not my kind of thing, I am not creative at all! LOL
