You see, you have me so Ty'd up lately that I've been neglecting my studies. If I fail my real estate exam (which is in 8 days), I surely won't be selling houses, the least you can do is let me build them with you. I can help you design the master bedrooms.

Congratulations! Did you pass it the first time around? I know many, many realtors who failed it the first time they took it.
