For our Honeymoon my wife and I did Disney and all its splendor and decided that there was no better way to do our 2 year anniversary than by going back to disney. My question is this? We have just bought a house and therefore dont have alot of money so I was wondering if there were any suggestions as to fun and or romantic things we could do that wont break a very limited bank?

Boy! I have been thinking of something for you for quite awhile, but it seems that a lot of romantic things to do in WDW require money. :scratchin

But one thing that might be romantic that probably won't cost a whole lot is to go the DTD. You can go have dinner at the Rainforest Cafe and share a plate. Their servings are pretty big, so I don't think either of you will leave hungry if you share a meal.

Then I would either rent a two seater boat and go out on the water, just listening to the music and soaking the magic in. And/or you can go to Pleasure Island and sit in the Jazz Club. It is always a nice romantic setting in the Jazz Club to just relax and spend time with each other.

I will keep thinking, but I hope I have helped a little. Good luck and have an awesome time. We are going in May for our 2-year Anniversary, and we are soooo excited!!

Welcome to the DIS, luapgib. I'm glad you found us and I hope you can visit often.

I'm going to bump this back to page one, for you, so that some of our veterans can offer advice.

How bout spending the evening at EPCOT. Walking through the world showcases in the evening has such a different feel than in the morning or afternoon.
Stroll into one of the shops and just look at all the goodies and then maybe step into one of the counterservice restaurants and grab a bite to eat and share with one another. :D
Be sure to stick around for Illuminations at 9pm. Talk about romantic! DH and I do it every year we visit on our anniversary because it's such a wonderful way to end the day at EPCOT.
That shouldn't "break" you to bad considering you will have purchased hopper passes and be visiting EPCOT eventually. ;)
I hope I've helped! Have a blast and happy 2 years! :bride: :love2: :groom:

do the carraige rides for sure! my boyfriend and i did them on our last trip at fort wilderness (they are also offered at POR) and loved it. It was very peaceful and romantic. Also, watch the fireworks from the poly beach! just a couple of highlights from our trip that i loved. whatever you decide, i'm sure you'll love it!
