Two weeks to go still no BEO!!!!!

I do not want to become a bridezilla!!!!

But I am starting to stress a bit.
We had our first beo sent 2 weeks ago with all kinds of wrong details!!! We wrote back the same day and called our coordinator assisstant to make sure they have it, but still we have no news.
When I first was assigned Claudine, I searched the board and saw that she was slow to answer back...but this is beyond slow.
When we got our first beo, which was afetr the 30 day mark, she first told me we couldn't make any changes!!!!
After an intense e-mail and finally a phone call she realized that it made no sense that we were stuck because she didn't send the beo in time.
So we did make the changes, but now we have no idea how much our beo will be?

Aw, that sucks. Sorry you're having such a hard time. I know there's another thread around here somewhere where someone was complaining about their coordinator; it has the phone number or e-mail or one of the higher ups at DFTW. Maybe you should give them a call?

I think it's ridiculous that some coordinators are obviously so...uh, uncoordinated and others are so on top of things. Shouldn't they all be trained the same??

Hopefully they'll send you your BEO soon so you can focus on getting married! (Right after me, apparently, as we're nine days out). Stay positive!!

The BEO is for custom weddings (banquet event order, if I remember correctly) it has the exact running of the day along with everything you have purchased, meals, flowers etc.

You also get a BEO for an Intimate/Escape wedding as well...

Did you book direct with disney? if you did give them a call.
I wouldn't worry about it too much. If you booked with your TA maybe you don't get one? i'm sure another UK bride could let you know.

I had the same problem. BEOs for the intimate/escape weddings are contractually required to be sent to you 45 days before the wedding. then you have 15 days to make changes and the final total must be paid 30 days out.

I was freaking out because I didn't have mine and it was 2 weeks out. I didn't get mine until 10 business days before the wedding. I was beyond upset.

Vent away...I know how it goes.

the day will still be beautiful though, and you'll treasure every moment, and in the end, I guess that's what really matters. I still get angry though thinking about how bad my WC was.

We had BEO problems as well. We were required to pay 30 days prior to the wedding and we got our BEO 1 day before that date with tons of errors. We didn't want to have to pay so much more than the actual cost of the wedding because someone else screwed up.

I am really worried now, i will be at disney for 12 days before we get married. We booked direct with disney, well if they don't send me one before i leave, i will just ring them when i am over there, my mum's house sitting for me so if they post it after we have left i will get her to phone us.
