Two Week count down

In the short stretch and I'm feeling a bit weird going to Orlando and not going to the house of the Mouse. This trip is going to be a week in Orlando and a week in Ft Myers. While in Orlando we only have plans for Universal and other things we never do while in Disney. Might have to at least go to Downtown Disney for a visit.
Has anyone been to Gatorland? Is it worth it to check out? I know there is Sea World and waterparks. Any other tourist trap you can recommend in the Orlando area ?

Gatorland is a fun half-day attraction.

Other places to consider.....

SeaWorld (they have an at-par offer for Canadians.....$59 USD admission)

Wild Florida (animal park and airboat ride)

Orlando Eye / Madame Tussauds Wax Museum / Sea Life Aquarium (combo tickets for all three attractions are just $39 pp))

Aquatica (pretty sure they have a deeply discounted ticket deal right now too)

Mini golf (Congo River is our fave, Pirates Cove is another well themed choice)

Fun Spot America (currently on Groupon)
